Kimberly Massey, MSW, serves as the Managing Director of Integration and Impact for Teen Health Arkansas and Teen Health Mississippi. Working across both states, she ensures that ideals, infrastructure, initiatives, and impact measurement are tailored to local needs, while still advancing organizational learning and regional best practices for teen-partnered health education and resources.
Raised across the South and Southwest, Kimberly lived in Eldorado and Magnolia Arkansas before relocating to Mississippi in the sixth grade. She holds Bachelors in Psychology from Delta State and a Masters of Social Work, concentration Nonprofit Planning and Management, from University of Alabama. Kimberly has provided direct service as a Case Manager and built organizational capacity through program and fund development, grant writing, and administration.
An avid reader, Kimberly lightly parents her 25-year old daughter and lives with her husband of 32 years in Pearl, Mississippi, along with golden retrievers “Doot” (AKA Darlin’) and “Buzzy” (AKA Zoey), red-eared slider turtle Palpatine (AKA July), and a slightly feral kitty, Paisley.
