Kim Caldwell, MPS, joined Teen Health Mississippi and Teen Health Arkansas in 2026 to grow the organization’s relationships and reach in pursuit of teen health. As the Senior Director of Communications, Kim leads the team connecting programs to people in both states, building the movement to transform health education, access, and advocacy in the South.
A graduate of the Clinton School of Public Service (class of 2011), Kim spent more than five years supporting the Arkansas No Kid Hungry Campaign in the state and from national headquarters in Washington, DC. She has taught values-based communication and networking, developed programs and a graphic novel to teach the basics of safe firearm storage, and created education campaigns about understanding the nervous system and addressing domestic abuse. Based in her hometown of Austin, Texas, Kim lives with her partner and their three pre-teen daughters, who are only slightly mortified by how openly she talks about all aspects of health.
