Whether it’s a calling or just a paycheck, career development is essential to supporting long-term health.
THAR’s youth-centered, trauma-informed workforce development series supports participants to build the practical skills needed to get a job and keep it by connecting workforce readiness to everyday life. The series teaches fundamental skills like routine-building, communication, stress management, self-advocacy, digital professionalism, and goal-setting—using situations young people actually face, including work, relationships, money, and personal health decisions.
